Ja, den kan godt laves dagen før.. Kiksebunden kan godt blive en lille smule mere blød af det, men den smager stadig lækkert.

Hvis du bruger ribsgele fra glas, burde det stivne igen går det bliver koldt. Sukker i gelen, burde få det til at stivne, ellers kan man tilsætte lidt pektin
